firm in question without sacrificing the capital sum which

he invested in the firm, and as he is now no longer in receipt

of a monthly salary, I beg to submit for your approval that he

be allowed to draw th.of the nett profits of the business

in which his capital is invested as an ordinary investment and

the 5% bonus for services already rendered and explained

above.

I consider that such a course would be a fair

treatment of Mr.Ng Kwai Shang's case, and not contrary to the

spirit of Colonial Regulation No.76.
